Details

The Istrian cuisine owes its true richness of taste to the influence of various historical and cultural traditions that left their mark during the turbulent Istrian past. The Istrian menu often offers homemade Istrian prosciutto and sheep cheese, various handmade pastas, and a large selection of meat and fish dishes.

During this “Cooking-Event”, we will show you what you can do with  fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. From the starter to the dessert, you will cook a whole menu in small groups, enjoy the delicious meal together, exchange your experiences and have fun.

Just choose the fish or meat menu:

• Fish menu  (cocktail snack, starter, main course, dessert)

• Meat menu (cocktail snack, starter, main course, dessert)
