North Istria gourmet tour - full day

7:00 am – Departure for Buzet for the truffle hunt

Your truffle story will begin at 10:00 am with a delicious tasting together with the best truffle hunters. The truffle story will continue in the woods with trained dogs and professional truffle hunters – you will go hunting for truffles.

12:00 pm –  Walking tour around Motovun – beautiful medieval pearl

Motovun, a small town located on a hill in central Istria is according to many one of the most beautiful and preserved medieval towns in Istria and beyond. During the summer months, there is a Film festival in Motovun.

2:00 pm –  Lunch

You will then continue your journey to an authentic Istrian agrotourism restaurant where you will have a truly gastronomic experience of Istrian home cooking.

4:00 pm –  Visiting Grožnjan – city of artists

Grožnjan, known as the city of artists, surrounded by green hills and magical white soil is a must-see destination for those who want to discover the treasure chest of Istria. It is also famous for frequent classical music concerts, a jazz-festival, painting manifestation and numerous exhibitions.

Wine producers in Istria are quite famous and that is the reason why we will take you to one of the most modern wineries but also, one of the best in its business. They have acres of vinyards and produce some amazing flavors.

6:30 pm – Dinner

As we want you to taste the real Istria, we will continue with a dinner in a great restaurant preparing only homemade food.

9:00pm – At the end of this amazing trip, we will take you back to Zagreb. The expected arrival time to Zagreb is around midnight
